Grenadine

Here we have a painter I had never heard of, until this particular painting inspired my wife to make her latest scarf. Hermen Anglada Caramasa (1871-1959) was a Spanish (Catalan) painter, influenced by the French Fauvists and the Austrian Secession movement spearheaded by Klimt. Both movements come together in this elegant portrait. The scarf turned out great as well. More on Caramasa in the linked Wikipedia article.
