As the economic crisis keeps hitting hard left and right world-wide, the almost bankrupt city of Boston has come up with a unique but controversial plan to deal with the situation: flog the impressive art collection of the Detroit Institute of Arts for an estimated worth of 15 billion dollars (a selection in the picture).
