Under Anything Goes I will be sharing anything I think worthwhile that does not fall under one of the other categories. Examples are book covers, song sheets, and like today vintage fasion illustrations. This is a particularly brilliant one, that is claimed to be from the Purple Parrot magazine (one of the 1933 issues). I could
not find any further information.
